Currency Rate Oversight Reform Act of 2007

Senators Obama and Clinton both point to their having added their names as co-sponsors of the bipartisan Currency Rate Oversight Reform Act as evidence that they would get tough with China. According to the China Currency Coalition, “The processes set forth in the bill are too lengthy and uncertain to meet the urgent need to address the China currency problem in the short term.”
